This Is Love

I was born 36 years ago in Berlin, Germany, from a Spanish father and a German mother. My first encounter with the music of Chris de Burgh was "Best Moves" in 1981, since then my favourite album.
In January 1999 I started taking piano lessons and always tried to play some Chris de Burgh songs among the etudes. On this track I'm playing a self written (with the help of my piano teacher) simple backing on the piano and singing to it.
"This is love" is a song I love very much, because it creates wonderful pictures of an intimate situation without being frivolous or rude. It was great fun first creating the piano backing and then recording the whole song.
