Pretending that I'm slow dancing with you It's about sensing that spark of attraction in a moment. And keeping that spark for days on end and using it as an inspiration. And the image of a dance floor, mirrorballs and all, is very conducive to kindling that spark. Lyrics:
Falling for you's really messed up my mind
I can't get you out of my head, oh baby
Pretending that I'm slow dancing with you
I can't get you out of my head, oh baby
I'm out of my head, I want you
I come to my senses there's nobody there
I can't get you out of my head, oh baby
