Absolutely loved your concert on Friday, May 11th, at the Metro Centre in Halifax. Your voice is so amazing - and every show I've been to I always leave feeling like a million dollars! Please don't wait too long to come back to us, again! Thanks especially for singing 'The Tower' - it has always been a favourite of mine and I was thrilled that you sang it!

Dear Chris,

at home after two weeks in Canada, very exhausted (it wasn’t a „relax vacation“…), but with loads of great memories of seeing you, as well as travelling and spending time with my friends.
I’d like to say a BIG “Thank you” to you, the band and the whole crew for the fantastic Canadian concerts I could see. Each one of them was unique and special. It was great to see "Moonfleet" on stage again and the atmosphere was always terrific.
Et merci beaucoup to my friends Stephanie and Robert (and their families) for making me feel soooo welcome!!! Can’t wait to see you again in 2013 and can’t wait to see you Chris again in August :-)
Enjoy the last show in St. John’s tonight and a safe journey home,

hugs,
Andrea

You graced us with your presence and a show that will stay in our hearts until you return. Your ability to still sing your classics is simply remarkable. Thank you especially for "Old Friend". So hard to believe that I have been a fan of yours for more than 30 years now, seems like you released crusader just last year...

Merci cdeb...
Mario

Just home from the concert at the metro center. Its been a long time since I have seen an artist perform with so much fun for both his audiance and himself. Enjoyed the oldies as you always do and the new stuff was good as well. Well worth the money and spending an evening with an "old vinyl friend" I know Im dating myself with that comment!!. Patricia may be 124 but she can still rock the house.

Went to your concert in Ottawa and was, once again, totaly pleased with the entire show. I have been a fan since your days as a single opening act here in Ottawa. I am a professional audio technician and must tell you, never heard better sound. Compliments to your house technician.

Concert on Sarurday at Scotia Bank Place Fantastic. The best entertainer ever. Chris de BURGH has the talent to make a full house feel like he is only singing for you and your friends.

I hope never to miss a Chris de BURGH concert in Ottawa.

I've been listening to your music for the last 28 years and love each and every one of your albums. For my birthday and anniversary my husband and I attended your concert at the Sony Centre on May 3. Absolutely fantastic! Second row from the front and I was thrilled when you sang some of your older songs! Love your new Moonfleet album which I play constantly in the car. Terrific concert! You were uplifting, engaged the audience and made your way through the audience while singing Lady in Red. Not many performers would take on an audience. Thanks for a great concert, and of course my highlight was getting a hug from you! Keep up the storytelling, you have very powerful and impacting stories in song. Keep Well

I just wanted to share a story. I have always loved Chris de Burgh, so when I got married 25 years ago, the grand finale to our honeymoon was to see Chris play in Moncton NB. Now, as we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we will be seeing Chris play once again, this Thursday, in Moncton! I never would have dreamed where 25 years would take us? So, let's hope Chris is good luck, & maybe there will be another celebration in 25 years?!

Went to your May 5th, 2012 concert in Ottawa with my 12 year old daughter. I have been to your performances in the past, but this was a first for my daughter. That evening was all about her and finally getting to meet her favorite singer "Chris de Burgh". She cried as she couldn't believe in her finally being there listening to your wonderful music. I'm just glad my daughter loves the same singer as i do. She even got a good souvenir, one being the fact that she had the chance to touch your hand as you went around to acknowledge your fans.

Chris de Burgh and band make no ordinary music. The best to me and my daughter and many other fans around the world

Thank you so much for the fantastic concert in Ottawa past Saturday night (May 5). I have been a fan of yours since I attended a concert of yours in Ottawa sometime in the 70's (can't remember exactly). I have only missed one of your Ottawa concerts since then and even though I have thoroughly enjoyed each of them, I must say that the concert Saturday night was the best one - so full of energy and memories. Thank you Chris for sharing your wonderful talent with us.

I was at the fantastic concert in Ottawa last night - my 10th Chris de Burgh performance... but last night was the BEST I have EVER seen - excellent - for so many reasons!

Your voice is as strong as it ever was, and there was so much variety: solos on piano, guitar, with your band, your old songs and your new ones, and your walk through the aisles to dance with fans.
The lighting was superb, and the projected videos added an interesting touch. I can't wait for you to return!

Last night I took my son to the Ottawa concert. It was every bit as good as the last time I saw Chris about 22 years ago in Calgary. I love the story-telling that goes into the songs and performance,it has has something that resonates with your soul and stays with you long after the show is over. Thank you for letting me pass that experience on to my son. He was just as awed as I was....no mean feat with a 16 year old.

Dear Chris,
I am 24 years old and love your music. My mom used to rock me to sleep to your music and so it now has a place in my heart. The show last night in Ottawa really expressed your passion and love for the world. I am greatful for people like you that share such a beautiful message, through song and story. Thank you.

I was at the May 5th show last night. fantastic! I have been a fan since I went to Captain America in Dublin so long ago - I can't remember the year but it could have been 1970 or '71. I was a student at Queen's in Belfast, visiting the girl who was to become my wife. A mutual friend introduced us to the place and I remember I was mesmerised by the singer. I put a ten shilling note in the tip container - most unusual for me in those days. I went back to Dublin last September and found that I had missed the 40 year celebration by only one week. It brought back memories of that young singer.

Dear Chris,
Thank you to you and your fellow musicians for a wonderful and uplifting concert in Ottawa last night. The first concert I ever attended was your show in Ottawa back in the mid to late 70’s. The same for my wife, but she saw you while living in Newfoundland. Witnessing your sustained passion and energy – you haven’t skipped a beat – was a ringing endorsement for the belief that age is simply a number, and that a person’s spirit can be timeless. Thank you so much for being a truly inspirational musical messenger. All the very best to you. Brett & Anne

Saw the concert in Ottawa tonight and it was as awsome as the last 2 shows he has performed here. First saw him in Kingston Onatario in 1975 at Queens University where he opened for a little know band at the time who had just release their ownly album "Crime of the Century" Yes Supertramp and Cris de Burgh what a show that was! The good thing is he has only gotten better.

Hello, We would like to thank you warmfully for the show you did on May 1st in Quebec and for which you gave tickets to our son, Alexandre Blais. He hesitated to call us (he did just one hour before the show) since he wanted
to see you and also to please us. We really enjoyed the show and felt your generosity and humanity for your fans. Your voice is beautiful and we like stories... Thank you very much to you and your team. Wishing also the best to you and yours and a nice trip in Canada. Michel Blais and Sylvie Bélanger.
