Until MOtL returns for questions, I thought maybe I could ask on this Guestbook an interesting question! Do you ever perform concerts on the Ocean Cruise Liners. For instance, we have the Sinfonia which leaves Durban and travels to the coast of Mozambique, Barra Lodge for a day, etc., and then back to Durban. One can choose between 3 and five nights on the Liner. Of course, from Cape Town, we have to fly to Durban as the Cruise Liner SINFONIA leaves from there. My pals and I would book for your trip!! Anyone out there know the answer? If there is a comment, please head any e-mail to me "Chris de Burgh" as unknown folk who send e-mails are not opened as we receive a lot of "SCAM"!!

Everytime that i listen to your perfect songs, i feel a great joy in my heart as i think i am looking at the world with your eyes, i am hearing the sounds of life with your ears and i believe that i'm crying for the same people, the same children and the same world.

Dear Chris,
sorry, I could only see the end of "A Heart For Children". Well, the reason was, that it is like the Germans said years before, that one unluck comes seldom alone. At first the dog got ill, then I was blind for two weeks, really blind through an eye-infection.
I'll do actually my best to heal my eyes that I can see you in your summer-concert again.
Thanks for your common help for Haiti.

Have just seen you on the Haiti Charity Programme singing Long and Winding Road and The Simple Truth (A child is Born). You were fantastic, as always. You are such a wonderful person and give of yourself so much. Well done to you, Chris and my heart goes out to those in Haiti. Well, Having had a shark attack fatality right here on Fish Hoek beach where I live, it has been quite a week. Living on the mountainside, we can see everything going on. It is very sad. Well, I guess it is the shark's territory and we must all take care. Of great concern is not only the dreadful storms, snow, earthquakes, etc., but the devastation in Haiti. I know how caring you are about these matters and just hope that food and medical supplies get there for most who need.
Chris, take care, and as you can see from all the messages to you - YOU ARE SO LOVED!! We need people like you in the world.

We had soaring temperatures here yesterday - the cricketers were battling in the heat. We have the England team here at the moment. I see that Eileen from U.K. bought the Footsteps CD instead of the FOOTSTEPS SPECIAL EDITION CD. Eileen, it looks exactly the same - only the words Special Edition are on the front cover. I actually have both CD's because Footsteps came out before Footsteps Special Edition. Cheers, Chris, and hope to hear from you soon.

you need the special edition version of Footsteps for the extra tracks, or u could download them? there is more than one version of the non-special edition also, so look carefully at the tracks included. I wasnt that keen on this album, I think Chris' talents lie with his own songs and there are few of those here!

I heard in your interview that the Christmas-celebration went well, made a short film of my home to your interview and Christmas here was suddenly exiting and fine, though alone at home. Pst Chris, I miss Ireland even now! So I am watching youtube concert-clips. You can fill my night with that! It is now 2.15 a.m.!
So all the celebrations of Christmas and the new year, which hopefully will become wonderful, well it will become like we all make it everywhere, had an happy end here in Germany thanks you and your concerts of the last year.
