Dear Chris de burg,
when i went to the storyman concert on the 18th of november 2006 in Birmingham it was the greatest night of my life. It was an honour to here you sing so many classics like the leader/the vision/what about me?, a spaceman came traveling... , spanish train and border line 2. i was crying my eyes out. i was three rows back. you made so many people happy; including me. But the real reason why i'm doing this is because my uncle died of cancer. i am not a nutter, it would mean so much to me if you would dedicate "the spirit" to him as ... this may sound stupid but the song dipicts everything about him and what i feel about him
yours faithfully

Hi Chris...
I was in the "Max-Schmeling-Halle" two days ago and I must say it was great. I did not know your songs so well but my girlfriend is a great fan of you and so I gave her the tickets for your concert, she was very very happy and, to be honest, I thought I would not like it very much but after the concert - it was fantastic!!! - I just went to the little shop and bought the "Storyman", and since two days I have just been listening to your music - my girlfriend had to borrow me two other albums. So I thank you very much for the great concert! Now you have one more fan! :) Bye

Dear Chris,
thank you so much for your fantastic audience in Hamburg! Especially for the fabulous version of "the leader" - it was one highglight of the show for me and my husband.
It has been the 10. cdeb-concert and one more time I was very impressed by your brilliant powerful voice and your charism.
And congratulations for your great new album - in my opinion one of the best you've ever made. Especially the mirror of the soul and the storyman are wonderful!
Wishing you all the best and good luck for the rest of the tour!
Greetings from the baltic sea

Dear Chris,
I´d also like to thank you for a wonderful concert yesterday here in Berlin.
Although we needed ( as always :-) quite a while to get "in the right mood", I would say, that was one of your best concerts here.
Though I missed "The shadow of the mountain" and "The sweetest kiss of all", but therefore you played so many old songs which made me feel like beeing 20 years younger and beeing in the "Waldbühne" again, that I really didn´t miss them for a long time :-)
I´m looking forward to seeing you again as soon as possible, keep it up,
hugs and kisses

Hallo Chris!
Well, i will not repeat what other listeners and spectators of your Berlin concert have wrote.
Apart from great music and musicians and a very impressive show - i dont think i have ever listened to someone performing every song one after the other without taking a break for 3 hours....
WOW !!!
Since i come from the eastern part of Germany, my first Cdeb-concert was at the Brandenburger Tor at the night before the 3.october in 1990. Just you, a guitar an a piano. I will never forget that one, when people just called a song title and you - with us - did the song....
gooseflesh allover...
Of course,in the ICC (twice), at the Gendarmenmarkt and in the MaxSchmelingHalle i was with you again...
"Thank you for the music" an i wish you all the best...
Yours sincerely
Uli

Hello,
Berlin show was great! I'm a 21 year old student from Winnipeg, Canada studying in Berlin for a year, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see you play live with the band. My parents got me interested in your music and I'm glad I got to see a show.
A great book that I'd like to suggest that fits with the 'One World' theme would be a book called 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle...it may be worth looking into for you.
All the best - It was a very nice show -
david KUJAWA
P.S. I tried singing louder, but unfortunately I was in the back on the floor.

The Storyman Tour ist your best Tour by far! And we definately need a DVD of this tour. Please. There are only DVDs and Livealbums around with you alone or an orchestra - no full band set. And it does not go better than this! Please make a DVD! Please!
We need this tour to be remembered!
A DVD!

Hi Chris,
I have been on your concert in Berlin last night - as I have been on almost all shows that you did in Berlin since the early 80s. I stll remember listening the first time to you in the Waldbuehne when you accompanied Supertramp! Many of your songs mean really a lot to me. Normally I don't like so much that each concert primarily is promoting a new CD which I don't know so much so I would like to sing with your old songs. but I have to revise my attitude this time. In my opinion "The Storyman" ist your best album for a long time and I really enjoyed all the different stories and fairy tales. Just one thing that I disliked a tiny little bit during the concert was that you didn't play any of your old fast songs (like "High on emotion" or "Don't pay the ferryman")earlier during the show. Although I mostly like you ballads even more it might have improved the crowd's enthusiasm. Since the audience is getting older we might need a bit more to get up from our seats and dance with you. As everyone did at the end of the concert! Please come back again soon. It is always a pleasure listening to your songs at the stage since the technical team for your concerts always seem to be the best of the world (which isn't the same with other concerts!)

hey everyone, I´ve been on the cdeb concert in berlin too and it was absolutely fabulous. Its been my first time for a cdeb concert. I just knew his music from my parents and my husband so far and so I was very curious about seeing him live...all in all I was sooo impressed from the show yesterday, was a good mixture from new and old stuff and chris knew how to fill the audience with enthusiasm! So Chris if u read this one, forget about the critics in the newspapers and just listen what the fans think of the performance, and I´m sure everyone was delighted!!! Also a big thank u for the band, you all done a perfect job!! :) I took soo much great memories with me and I´m sure if I have a possibiliy to see him again I will do :)
Chris keep on doing such a good job, I´m sure u know what your music means for the fans... for me I can say you have a "new" one now ...hehe
Sandra
by the way, claudia, if u read this one, u sat beside me! Didn´t see you after the show again. I´m glad that I met u and u were absoultely right :) maybe we hear from each other again, would love that!

Hi Chris!
Yesterday.
Berlin.
Max-Schmeling-Halle.
The Storyman.
WOW!!!
It was so good, to see you back on stage with your band. They are amazing. It was one of the best concerts I've seen. Your voice was brilliant. The audience loved you. And it was so wonderful, to hear "The Traveller" again. Although I missed the acoustic guitar in it! :-)
Thank you for this evening to remember. Your such an important part of my life for the last 25 years.
I hope to see you back in Berlin as soon as possible!

Tonight I visited your concert in Berlin. I had got a journey of 500 KM to see you and your fabolous band. After several years of lonelyness and several bad experiences you brought real tears in my eyes. Thank you. Now I know, that I´m still alive and that I´ve got still some normal characteristic in my body. I learned, that I´m meanwhile "old fashioned" - like your old song. But I love this kind of living. I will try to get personal contact to you after the tour. Perhaps you are able to show me my personal, new horizons, to give new power to my life.
Thank you. I´d never forgotten yor concerts in Berlin in the 80th (for example "Waldbuehne"). I think it was for example the "Into The Light - Tour". So after 20 years I will never forget a new person on stage: The Storyman.
Thanks again, and all the best for you and your family.
Please excuse my bad english language - I thing your german language is much better, but I left school at 1989 with some learned pieces of the english language and I never refreshed it ;-)
Up to next contact,

Hi Chris,
yesterday I was in Hamburg, watching your concert there. As usual, you start the show at time, I like that. The Storyman concert was more silent and contemplative than other concerts before, I think. After the part against the war, I had tears in my eyes, felt sad and seized. The people arround me were very quiet.I thought by myself: „How he can turn the emotions arround?“ But you did it! With your powerfull voice and your special way of dialog with your fans you changed the emotions. So the people can't sit on their places and come to the stage to be nearer with you and dance in a peacefull way, without to need any kind of security. That touched my heart again. I will not forget to mention the beautiful voice from the „street singer“ in the duett „Raging Storm“(sorry, I forgot her name) and the perfect accompaniment of your band. I missed Hani Hussein singing with you together the song „My Father's eyes. Also the flying globe was a nice idea.Thank you for a wonderful concert and 3 hours fantastic entertainment that impressed me very much. I whish you all the best for the tour, various ideas for new songs and perhaps more parts of „The Storyman“.
Hope to see you again in many times. Brigitte

Hi Chris,
thank you for the amazing concert in Hamburg. It was absolutely great to see you and your band nearly three hours on stage. I love the songs from the new album (especially the duet "Raging Storm" with the lovely Kristyna Myles - I think this could be a Christmas hit) and of course the lots of Oldies (Spaceman, Carry me, Where peaceful waters flow, Spanish Train, Moonlight and Vodka, The Traveller etc.). Absolutely great was also the beginning of the concert (Where we will be going?) with the drum solo part. I hope you will come back as soon an possible. Maybe next year for more concerts in Germany? Thank you very much.

Hi Chris!
Your concert in Dortmund was wonderful! For the last time I saw you live on stage in Frankfurt/Soccer Arena in the 80's (Supertramp farewell tour). I was only there because of your music and left the arena after your show.
Now, many years later, I took my daughter and son-in-law with me. And we all enjoyed it very much. We all love you and your music.
Wish you all the best for the tour!

Hi Chris
I see from the endless entries in the guestbook that your tour is going as amazing as could be expected after the marvellous start in Birmingham (not that there was ever a doubt in my mind) :))) Altruistically very happy about that even though sad I can't attend any other shows...
I just wanted to say that I rediscovered "Far Beyond These Castle Walls" and am listening fascinated to it now...for some reason I had never properly listened to and taken in some of the stories on it...I love it :) I simply felt the need to share that.
Have you really caught a cold? Blimey, that's unfortunate in the middle of the tour! But I know it takes much more that this to shake so strong ( :) ) your exceptional abilities!
My thoughts are with you.
Enchant them all for the rest of the tour!

Chris, I read in the guestbook that you may be getting a cold - I'm in sympathy with you as I'm feeling a bit dodgy myself, which is a bit worrying with Amsterdam coming up - but I've bought in the Beechams remedy to ward off the evil spirits, I'd hate to not be able to join in the singing. If we're both still feeling a little dodgy next Monday maybe we can partake in a hot toddy and fight it off together. Take care, love always, Pauline XXX

Dear Chris!
I´m sorry that I couldn`t write you till now, but it tooks two days till
I recovered from the moment at the end of your great show in Frankfurt, when you went into the crowd. Suddenly you stood right in front of me and I wasn`t able to say or do something, because I was so surprised to see you face to face. First in the moment when a man to my right said "Thank you Chris" I came back to reality and the only thing I could do yet was touching your hand. I will never forget this moment. But now I even want to say that you was incredible and also Kristyna Miles with her wonderful voice and your band of course. I enjoyed every second although it was terrible to be so far away from you during the first two hours. When I hear your music live in concert it isn`t possible for me to sit motionless on a chair!! Thank you for a wonderful night. Hope we meet again soon and wish you a lot of fun for the rest of your tour, enjoy it like I did on friday.

What a great energetic show it was last saturday the 25th!!! I absolutely had a great evening. I was very surprised to hear the first notes of "The Leader; The Vision; What about me"...I think it's an awesome trylogy! The Traveller was a very nice suprise too!
We(my mother and I)had to drive quite long...6,5 hours in total. But it was worth it and we would do it again next time you play in Dortmund.

Just got back from Germany after the awesome Dortmund show last night. Westfalenhalle is an amazing place on its own, but add Chris and the band, on perfect form, a fantastic German crowd up for the concert right from the start and you have all the makings of a brilliant night. We have been very privileged to see a few concerts by Chris recently, but this one topped them all.
Wish we had booked others now.
Hope the rest of the tour is just as good for the forthcoming events and the crowds waiting in eager anticipation.

Hey Chris. No one on this page is from Denmark, so now I´m writing to you. You are the best singer I have ever heard, and all your songs touches my heart. I have a son, and he is 4 months old, and when I put him to sleep I sing one of your songs to him. Always a different song, so he one day can hear them himself. You touch many hearts around the world, and you are lucky to be blessed with a voice like that. We thank God for that.
And thank you for your great music.
Best of luck.

Dear Chris,
Guess what, I'm actually in the headlines of our local newspaper !!!!!!!
"Self-knitted scarf for the 'Storyman'; Chris de Burgh in the Olympiahalle"
... firstly there is the review, which is as a matter of fact quite fair, and then ...
"... Exactly in this way the fans love their Chris, whom they provide with little gifts like flowers, honey and self knitted scarves time and again. After all one has to see to it that also a Chris de Burgh will come safely through the winter, so that he can drop in on the Olympiahalle quite soon again."
:-))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Today is your wedding day, isn't it? Is it really 25/11/1978? Funny, because exactly this is the date from that time onwards my parents went out with each other ;-)!
Thank you for the great concert in Munich! I'm looking forward to coming to Stuttgart to take in the complete evening again, with all its beautifully impressions, emotions and surprises.
Take good care! Warm hugs,
Yours,
Julia (19) from Germany
I love you with your "faithfully devoting look, which makes every dachshund envious."!
PS: Sorry, now I'm on delay with my message because my internet access didn't work. I actually read you seem to suffer from an infection, take my comforter tightly around your throat, hopefully this will help recovering, Chris. It's bad luck indeed if you really caught a cold and now have to sing almost every night with full power... I sympathy with you.

Dear Mr De Burgh,
the atmosphere on the concert in Dortmund last night was awesome and undescribable... Since the concert I feel like having had three weeks vacations for my soul. My father has been there with me, too and although he is almost 50, it was the most fantastical event he has ever been on, he said. You are not an artist like others are. Looking for a little fun and especially the big money. We, your fans felt your emotions and we felt that you have been affected, too. I was moved to tears, actually. Particularly your legendary Lady In Red will always remain in my heart. (I was born in 1986, obviously your Lady in Red has burnt in my brain then, when I was a baby ;-)
Thank you very, very much.

Hi Chris,
what a reunion last night in Dortmund! You have been part of my life with your songs for about the last 20 years - and allow me to say: We match like wine and cheese.... we're not aging! No, we're getting better by each year that goes by and it almost seems as if we share our best sides with each other more and more during each concert we get together for ;-)
However, all of you were brilliant and I hope the evening in our mutual "livingroom" will always have a place in your heart which keeps you coming back and coming back and coming back...... until there is no more wine and cheese. We will be there waiting for you!
Yours sincerely,
Maria Schmidt

Hello Chris!
Thank you very much for your great and powerful concert in Frankfurt! I hear your music for 20 years now (hey, I was 7 years old back then!) and this was my first concert with you and the complete band. I nearly went crazy when I heard the first notes of the Leader, my all time favorite. Great song and emotional video! Is there any chance of a DVD of this tour? Looking forward to visit more concerts in the future!

Hi Chris !!
Just returned from your concert in the Festhalle Frankfurt.
Your were fantastic, the band was great and it was a pleasure to see you again live on stage.

Hope, you will enjoy the following concerts with your fans as much as I did yesterday in Frankfurt.

Hi Chris, I am just back from Frankfurt and want to say Thank You! It was a great concert, altough I was a little bit disappointed that it lasts so long until there was a possibility to stand up and get close to the stage. And what a pity that you did not Country Churchyard (read here you did in Birmingham). Now it was concert No 9 and still I never heard my wedding-song live. Great respect for Mirror of the Soul und Leader and the very emotional Leader-film. With that you have shown that you can compare to any other writer of epic Rocksongs and I´m very sad that the audience did not spend as much applause as you earned for them. Be sure that I will not stop playing your fantastic music in our local non-professional radio-station. And if there is anybody of your fans who wants to listen to your greatest stories for nearly two hours and to hear a concert-rewiew from al real fan (but not with the routine of a professional radio-station): You can listen at www.radio-rheinwelle.de on next Monday from 7.15 p.m.(MEZ). Another question: Could anybody send me a mail with a photo from Chris while he shook hands with the audience (especially with the women in the Flying-Colours-Shirt)? So Chris, keep on writing, esp. the very epic songs. Thank you for your music!

Good luck for the next concerts. Unfortunately I cannot listen to them, but I am still happy having seen you again in Bayreuth and Munich. What a great show!!:))) And compliment to your band-members and Steve Bennett please too for the films and the very interesting music comming out of the background. The most I would like to do now is to step into my car and to drive to the other concerts too, but I have to wait till Stuttgart. I will be brave here and play a bit with my electronic piano to find something out about it. It can play violines! And that all makes me a bit nervous.

Thankyou Chris and the band for 3 hours of fantastic entertainment at the NEC
- from the front row it was really exciting, the mix of music that you sang was innovative and inspirational and the slight arrangement changes to some of the songs suited your voice much better in my opinion,of all the concerts I have been to this was absolute quality and I hope you will do plenty more UK dates soon in this style or maybe party-in-the-park style ?? just one question though .... why not wear something with just a little bit more visual impact ? thanks again - a great night

Hi Chris, all the superlatives in the dictionary couldn't come close to describing our night at the NEC Birmingham. To hear Amy (high on my shoulders) singing and clapping along to each song, is a memory I will treasure all the days of my life [the tears that flowed were tears of gratitude]. The cheeky smile of Sarah(with a h) is now permanently etched for all to see.
The mixture of the old music with the new was as good as it gets. The NEC rocked. History will in time show "The Storyman" to be one of the all time greatest albums, containing messages most profound.
Thank you, and Rosanna, for making dreams come true. I wish you and the band the very best for the rest of the tour, and may your God go with you.

JUst wanted to say that I thought you were awesome at the NEC on Saturday. 3 hours of pure entertainment from you and your band. I have followed your music for the past 25 years after first hearing Ferryman when I was 12. The band were subk=lime and there was a genuine sense that we were all having fun together. Hello Chris,
What a fantastic evening on Saturday at the NEC. Myself, my mother and my sister were engrossed all the way through and your use of the video clips in the background were excellent!
We have been coming to your shows for the last 10 years and they just get better and better!
Would still love to hear Broken Wings sang live!

Fantastic concert at NEC - thoroughly enjoyed it! Love the new album and loved the way 'The Ferryman' was jazzed up . Last saw Chris in Dublin nearly 20 years ago - my first ever concert. The best story teller ever - such a pity the whole world doesn't listen to the words and take heed.......Keep on touring and reaching out to all.

Dear Chris!
Because of you I didn't only spend a great weekend in Birmingham with my friends, and not only saw a great concert (it was wonderful!), I also got very, very nice surprises at midnight (in this case at 23.30 p. m. = halftime between midnight in Germany and England)..... . Thanks to everybody, who thought of me.... :-))))
See you all soon again,

Dear Chris,
Thank you so much for another brilliant concert, you sang so many of my old favourites, In a country churchyard, where peaceful waters flow and best of all Moonlight & Vodka - the one song I really hoped to hear you perform live - fantastic. The new album is amazing and I loved the video backdrop, brilliant idea, oh yes and the floating globe. Just so much to remember all so amazing, cant wait for part 2. Just one small complaint - why only one concert in the UK? Please come back again soon - I've promised my daughter she can come to your next concert in the UK.
Thank You again, you keep singing and we'll all keep coming!!

It was a great re-union for our party of eleven girls who came from England, Scotland and Wales!
We had a perfect weekend, the highlight being your gig of course! We all thought it was spectacular. The visual effects were just amazing - awesome video footage! Great Band!
Please come back to the U.K. with this Tour next year? PLEASE?

HI Chris (gorgeous AL and the rest of the band)
Thanks for a great night at the NEC last night, yes you said about doing eight hours.........still be there after 24, loved the globe at the end, seeing our pics flash up on the screen was great, love the new album but great to hear the old ones to, only managed to see you twice this year......but flying to NZ to see you took up all the funds, so don't leave it to long before you are back.
hope the rest of the tour is fantastic

Dear Chris, I can only echoe the many comments regarding last nights' concert at the NEC, it was truly, truly wonderful, whoever says the sound was dodgy wants their hearing tested, and the mix of old and new songs along with all the film shown was just the tops, we've got some lovely photos to remember the show by, I am just soo looking forward to Amsterdam and experiencing the whole thing again, I just hope that we are in good enough seats for me to be down at the front later in the show again. I hope you liked the book that you took from me just before the end, I was beginning to think that you would never get it, each time you came over to the front I waved it at you and then you went away again, some lovely ladies stood around me kept shouting out to get your attention and when you finally came and took the book they cheered! What a great bunch of fans you have, and if any of those ladies are reading this, thank you for you voices. I thought the filming of the audience was a great touch, Colin says there was a great shot of me. The only thing I really wish was that time was given after the show for us to get autographs, but I suppose that's down to your management and their schedules.Once again Chris, thank you soo much for last night. Love always Pauline XX P.S. I hope you received the good luck card that I sent to you at the NEC.

If anyone has photos from last night in Birmigham and can send them to me please please do! I only managed to take very few as my camera was running out of battery (typical!!) and anyway I couldn't get right in front of the stage.
I've been listening to music (guess who's?!) all day today, I'm still under last night's spell. Among others, I discovered how wonderful The Leader is - I'd never given it the attention it deserves, it's beyond impressing!
Greetings to everyone who was mesmerised by Chris yesterday!

Hi Chris, last night was the second time ive seen you play live, and it certainly wont be the last! You have such an amazing energy on stage and your voice is simply stunning. I thought your selection of songs was excellent, i really appreciated 'lonely sky' and i thought your acoustic session where you played 'Lady in Red' was particularly brilliant. I was a bit dissapointed with no 'Ship to Shore' though, im sure everybody heard me scream for it! Ah well, thanks for an amazing night!

What a wonderful concert last night, so enjoyed seeing you again. My only dissapointment was when I got up to come to the front the Stewards stopped me, which was so unfair as there was so many up at the front. I was in block C and it wasn't far to the front - I could have cried. I so wanted to shake hands with you again. Having said that I didn't want it to end and could have easily sat through the whole 3 hours again, despite the fact that it was 2am when we got home. Love the new album been playing it continuously so I knew all the songs. Don't stop touring Chris - good luck with the rest of the tour.

Chris, we've just seen your concert at the Birmingham NEC. Another brilliant show! Worth the long wait since we last saw you in Harrogate a few years ago. Every song in the 3 hour show was quality. No other performer can keep an audience entertained for so long with such a range of emotional songs. The band were excellent. We are waiting for the DVD to be released. When will that be?

Hi Chris, Its the "morning after the night befor" im still floating I was one of the ones who was able to stand at the front while you were singing in the latter part of the concert. I have never been that close to the stage befor, i actually got a few photographs too. I forgot in the last guest book entry(last night)to say how well the band played. It was great to hear and see them too. I hadnt listened to the Leader for a long time and it was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!I had forgotten just how good that song sounded. The Same Sun was beautiful Chris that is one of my favourite songs off Quiet Revolution thank you for singing that song i was floating away to it in my own little world. Once again thank you for a fantastic concert my friends Mick and Teresa and Paul my husband have all said what a wonderful evening and concert it was too. Chris, what a wonderful evening you gave us last night. The songs are still going around in my head. Thank you for so many wonderful years of inspirational songs. You have helped me through many downs over the years. Thank you for finishing with Snows of New York, this is a particularly poignant song for me as both my best friend and my son now reside over the pond and this never fails to bring tears to my eyes. I love the new album, they just seem to get better and better. I sincerely hope you continue to produce and enjoy writing such fantastic material. With my love and gratitude, Carol.

Well, you've done it again Chris! What a fantastic night at Birmingham last night. The Storyman is a fantastic album and the peformance last night was outstanding as always. Everytime I see you, the concert is different to the last. I've seen you with the original band, your solo tours and now with the new band. The lighting, the film sequences etc as an accompianment to your voice were superb. Wasn't quick enough getting tickets this time so ended up on the tiered seating but believe me, it was rocking up there. Thanks again for a wonderful night and good luck with the rest of the tour.

What a great night in Birmingham, never seen a Chris De Burgh concert better than this! Sound was a little ropey for the first few tracks but after that it was great, some great momments, lighting and special effects were stunning and you will hear some songs like you have never heard them before. There was a little more edge in this show than I have seen before and its all for the better, great supporting keyboards from Nigel Hopkins as well. You guys in Europe are in for a real treat!

Wow. Oh wow!!!!
Just got back from Birmingham NEC...it was beyond what I can express in words (especially at 1 am :)) It was simply a dream come true, a dream that I've had for 6 years, 2 months and 1 day (since the previous and very first concert of Chris that I attended, at home, in Bucharest).
I'm in a trance. I can't believe this really happened. But then I look at the programme, at the few photos I took and the memories come rolling back of the glorious event that finished less then 3 hours ago.
Chris, I don't know if you're ever going to read this, but I have to hope, so thank you!!!! You mean so much to me. It was wonderful, you are wonderful! The only sad part is that now it's over. But I'll see you live again, somewhere, somehow, I have to!
Funny how the words "do not cry for me" are the ones most likely to bring tears to my eyes...as they indeed did tonight when you were singing them just metres away from me.
The Leader was done beautifully. I loved the whole film-idea, and it was so powerful. And when at The Words I Love You half the audience literally started streaming towards the stage, shivers were running through me! Unfortunatelly I was in a side sector and couldn't join the enthusiastic crowd below (I tried), but I'll be sure to do next time :)
I wish I could say something to fully express what this concert meant to me...but for the time being I can only feel it at it's full intensity and hope that whoever reads this understands.
Chris, have a great tour to match this marvellous start, enjoy it and make many other audiences as happy as you made us tonight. You're my inspiration!

Dear Chris,
thank you very much for your answer on MOtL, and thank you too dear Susan, dear Jacqueline, dear Dorothea, dear Robin, dear Doris, dear Chris, dear Yvette, dear Monika, dear Kelly and dear Konni for all your nice notes in the guestbook. I`m really amazed at so many friendly words.
I guess, the worst about death is, that we still don`t know anything about what happens after it,although it`s such a big and important part of our life.
So we push it away as far as possible, don`t think about it, don`t talk about it and live our life as if we were immortal. But that doesn`t make anything better, it just makes it worse. How can we ever learn more about something, that we try to ignore as long as possible ? I HAVE to believe,
that the end of our body isn´t the end of ourself and that we all will meet again, because I still miss my mum so very much. Sometimes it seems really absurd to me, that we can do so many amazing things, we can go to Mars today,
but about our own life we know so
little. In Chris` song "Spirit" from his new album he sings "we come with nothing
and that`s how we`ll go."And that`s all we really know I think.
When I read the notes in the guestbook
I thought that it isn`t really surprising that people like us love his music. He gives words to what the most of us can only feel. And I would like to know, if there`s another artist, who
can make a real forum out of the guestbook on his website, for himself and for his fans,in a single moment.
Best wishes for all of you,
petra

Hello Chris.
I decided to wrote some words in this guestbook because I know you visit it regulary.
I´m your fan since 1978 and I´m introduced to your music (the first one I heard was The Traveller) by a big friend and since that time I never leave to accompany your career.
I saw you in concert in Coliseu of Porto (Portugal) twenty years ago and recently (16th September) in the Casino of Póvoa de Varzim.
Perhaps you don´t remember but me and my daughter meet you at the entrance of the Meridien Hotel (at 03.00 in the dawn), where I get courage to ask you for an autograph.
You were so calm, delicate and so kind (and of course tired) that we´ll never forget that moment.
You sign two fotos, one for me and other for my daughter, that we´ll keep it forever and you talk a little bit to my daughter (14 years old).
I´m a habitual lurker in the mailing list but that event carry me to sent a review to the mailing list, that Astrid (a excellent website manager you have) made the favour to put it in your official website.
Now I´m preparing the journey (with my daughter - what a big fan - and my brother) to the Dortmund concert/fanmeeting in 25th September.
I´m looking forward to see you again in concert.
Thanks for your wonderful music. Please keep going forever.
A big hug from

This is for Petra,
Dear Petra: you have not been far from my thoughts since i read your question on MOtL. I send you sincere wishes that some of the responses here have helped you.
For me, last summer one of my most favourite people in all the world was taken away by cancer. It has been a very hard situation to make any sense of, as he was someone everybody loved. And the absolute shattering grief still washes over from time to time.... you never know when it's going to hit.
Two "ideas" have helped me. One was from someone who asked me what my friend would think of "all the time" I spent grieving. It might sound harsh, but it still makes me chuckle as my friend was so humble he would definitely not appreciate me crying over him so much! He would call me a "big goof" and tell me to remember all the good times we had together.
The other thing that has helped me (and this one started just recently!) was the song Spirit from The Storyman. I've only had this cd a couple of weeks, but everytime I listen to this song it brings a tear to my eye: but they are somehow tears of comfort. I can't explain it... but maybe you'll understand when you listen to that song too.
That all being said, nothing can take away the awful feeling of knowing you'll never see someone again. Never see them play with their kids. Never hear them laugh.
I hope you have good friends, family and music to help get you through the sad times.
Love and Peace to you, Susan.

Dear Christopher,
My best friend and I came from the United States to see you in Killarney. I saw you for the first time 2 years ago in Toronto and can't seem to get enough of your voice, your lyrics, your beautiful mind. My friend has been a fan since the 80's. She actually met you once backstage. If more people though like you there would not be any ugliness in the world. I wish more people in the U.S. were exposed to your music - they would not have voted for Bush. .. Anyhow I wish you all the best there is in the world since you have brought it to me.

Hello, This message is actually for Petra.
My mum died 18 years ago (on Boxing Day) and not one day passes that I don't think about her. We were very close and I believe our closeness keeps her very much alive. The pain will ease with time and the good memories will prevail.
It was my mum's birthday yesterday (15th November) and me and my sister went to the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow to witness The Best of British Mediumship with Colin Fry and Tony Stockwell.
For the first time in my life I believe I was contacted by my mother. I was one of 2,000 people in the Auditorium and a message was sent to me. I wont go in to the message in detail, suffice to say it was quite specific and I have now gone from being, let's say, 'open minded' about such matters to believing that there is something after this life.
I hope this brings you some comfort, Petra.
Kindest regards,
Jacqueline

Hi all of you,
I first want to say a word to Petra, because I like the idea, that we can talk to somebody by the guestbook, who is very sad and lonely. Hi Petra, well it is quite true that time doesn't heal, but god does heal and obviously he has started to heal in your case! So don't worry, everything is in his hands, of course your mother that has passed away, too. Life is coming and going, anybody has to go when his time has come! But I don't doubt, there's a good plan in the whole thing! Although it is not quite obvious, that there is tendency towards the good in this world, I am sure that the originator of it has traced the ways to lead towards the good what is at home on it. But if you want to know more about what I say, write me an email! My email address is at the end of my mail! So it has happened, that this website is my home, too, more than ever before, although I don't know anyone of you personal and I don't belong to that elite, who has ever talked to Chris the Burgh personal or has approached him nearer than half a kilometer's distance. I'm looking forward to seeing you in Bayreuth in some days! Well done that Storyman album! What about opening a chatroom or forum for fans to talk with each other?

Dear Petra,I am so sorry for your lose. My mom passed away a month after my daughter was born,(my daughter`s second name is my mother`s name)She left very suddenly also, and I did not get a chance to say Au revoir. She was my best friend also, and she also enjoyed listening to Chris with me,Her favorite song was Missing you. Unfortunely you will always have an ache in your heart,I just found that I learned to cope with it. After she died I wrote a jounal to her for the longest time, which helped to a point.when I really felt lonely for her I would wear a sweater of her`s or something that belonged to her. I have come to realized that I am totally blessed and I thank God that He gave me not only a Mom, but a best friend. You are blessed Petra and I am sure your Mom is smiling down from heaven at you. I always wonder if they are missing us to. Take care of yourself and remember your Mom would want you to live and be happy.I will be praying you, Robin

This is a short message for Petra, who recently posted a message on MOtL. I cannot really console you, but I can share your grief in some way. Last year I lost my baby daughter 5 hours after her birth. Few months later I lost my mother-in-law, who was more a friend to me than anybody else. She was beside me when our baby girl died. She was the one who attended the funeral. I myself couldn't go, since I was in the hospital. I am fine now, but the pain is still there. All I have are memories. They are good memories. Both will be in my heart forever and that way they go on living. My husband and I talk about mom-in-law every day. Now we can even laugh about the funny things we did together with her. She is somehow still here. Sometimes I hear her voice. The other day I saw her in my dreams and she said that she is taking care of my baby girl. When I woke up, I felt so good. Like Chris de Burgh mentioned in his song: "They say that the stars in the sky, are souls of the people who die..." How very very true!
My thoughts are with you Petra!

Dear Chris!
Now the long time of waiting nearly has an end. I already put out my suitcase again to pack it for Birmingham! Even the rainy weather doesn't bother me at all at the moment. Making plans and preparing everything for the concerts doesn't even let me notice, if it's raining or not! I'm looking forward to see you soon again and to listen to your new songs with band this time. But needless to say - I also enjoyed to hear them solo - only with guitar and piano in the Trophy Room in Anfield nearly 4 weeks ago, where I had not only a wonderful evening, I also spent 4 wonderful days in Liverpool and met a lot of nice people! And you were the reason for my journey! Thank you!
During the next 3 weekends I'll meet a lot of other friends, which I only made because of you, the mailing-list and this website! And thanks to the internet! What would we do without the internet?
See you soon,
love,

Dear Chris,
Are you already nervous because of the upcoming tour starting the very next Saturday? I am actually !!! Every evening when I go out of the office and close the door behind me, taking a deep breath of fresh air, I think, again (thankfully) another day managed and in fact one day closer to the concert, the final day I've been waiting so long. Missing someone gets easier every day because even though it's one day further from the last time you saw each other, it's one day closer to the next time you will. So, on Wednesday exactly in a week, here goes! Words cannot tell you how much I am actually looking forward to it.
See you soon :)!
Take good care,
Yours,

This is for Petra whose question about bereavement was on MOtL recently..
Sudden deaths are cruel for those left behind - never having a chance to say goodbye..
..but even when a Mum gets old and it's her time to pass on it's still hard to lose her because for most of us Mum is such a very special person.
Everyone has to find their own way to work through grief. Talking and talking about the person who as died is often essential. Writing things down maybe in the form of a poem or diary may help.
Don't believe the saying that "time heals" - not true! Time just allows you to re-adjust and learn how to live in what is now your world without the loved one.
Be kind to yourself - you may well not be able to cope with things which were once easy for some time.
Having hope is essential for wellbeing. When things just look black and you just feel sad try to plan some thing to look forward to - it need not be a major thing, just something that is pleasurable.
It may be comforting if you believe as I do that our loved ones are in a "better" place and are watching over us.
All very best wishes to you Petra.

This is a comment to the MOtL section from November 13, and is directed to Petra.
Hello Petra,
I am 35 nearly 36, close to your age but I lost my father when I was 20-years-old so your message to Chris really touched me profoundly, and I am deeply sorry for your loss.
When I read messages such as yours, I am oftentimes reminded of the experience of loss even though my father and I were not as close as you and your mother.
During the months of my father's illness, many people tried to offer me advice on what to do, and how to handle that situation. One of my very good friends tried to help me by giving me the chance to sing with him and another mutual friend. Since singing is a passion of mine, this helped more than anything, and to this day, we remain close friends (like sister and brother). I later discovered that during the hardest points in life, people can somehow find the courage and strength to go on, just like Chris said.
I am not writing to offer any advice, because I really cannot. I know what my experiences are, but I believe that the important thing is knowing that healing does come. My father was far from perfect, and our relationship hard, but he was still my father. When he died, there was this large gaping hole left in my life that, like you, I used music to fill.
I went through all sorts of emotions after his death; specifically depression. Yet, here it is, over 16 years later, and I do still remember him. Today, I view my father as one of the angels who watches over and helps to guide me.
I hope that you have found the healing that you need. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely yours,
Yvette Jessen

Congratulations on The Storyman. When I first listened to the trailers I was a little skeptical, but after receiving the album and listening to the songs in their entirety, I was greatly pleased with the quality of the lyrics and music. The duet in "Raging Storm" was a very pleasant suprise. A beautiful mix of two outstanding voices. It wolud be a joy to see you in concert, but living in the USA, I have come to realize that is out of the question. Maybe with adequate advance notice, I can plan to see you if and when to perform in Canada. It is a shame so few people in the USA realize what a treasure your voice and song writing abilities are. Keep safe and "your God" speed.

Dear Petra,
like Chris asked I will try to answer you this way about loosing your dad and your mother, stepping in Chris' concert and remembering her so soon after she died. Like you wrote, good friends and parents are not suddenly dead for us in our mind, when they die. There is no word from them anymore to hear, but I found that their words are alive a long time after their dead in our mind and sometimes it is the feeling, their spirit is still with us childen till we can let them go in our soul. Maybe that feeling comes from our religion, but I am not sure in it, because there is really something to feel like freezing when someone who is standing near dies. Chris song "The last time I cried" remebered me to this feeling many years after I have felt it, when my mother died and it will always remember me to even this experience having lost someone important through the dead and all the tears I can feel are understood in this one song I've heard at home.
And there is really a way to continue, when you have the feeling beeing lost in the world. It is the power of our own life, that let us contiue our own way and forget the tears, when we see the sunshine and other people again after a time around one year or a bit longer and the tears will stop than. I began to built in my father's home afte his dead, always hearing especially the words of the song "Satin green shutters" I changed the colors at the walls there and the memories about the bad situations were going dimm and something new in my life got a place in the sad corner.
After some time, when the tears are beginning to stop, we can remember all the good parts of the lost persons, thinking back to the times we could spend together, telling about them in our life and the experience of the dead will go dimm with the time and we'll find new good friends, but it takes a lot of time and beeing wary in looking for new humans to be in a good and long standing relationship and friendship with them.
Someone like your mother should follow for you in your life, who can be such a good friend to you as your mother had been. So hold your eyes open.
I hope this can help you a little bit while reading and listening to Chris* music, something what we all share at the moment in sad and good times.
All the best for your lonesome way
Monika

Greetings: This is more for Petra (38) from Delmenhorst, Germany, than it is a comment for Chris.
Petra, I read your question this morning to Chris and my heart goes out to you. Firstly, because I can't imagine my life without my dad and I'm not sure how I'd go on if I lost him. And second, my dad's sister passed away this morning after battling cancer for nearly 2 years. I loved my Aunt Edie very much and I will miss her more than I can say. So the emotion of loss is quite raw with me right now.
I wish I could snap my fingers and offer you words of comfort and encouragement. But truly, this sort of thing ... the grieving process is different for everyone and it's something that needs to be worked out in time. You'll have good days where you'll smile and be thankful for all you have had, and there will be times, I'm sure, that you'll miss your parents so much that you can't stand it. It's all in balance, and know that life does go on, and take what they have taught you, take what pieces of them you have within you, and keep them alive through you.
I don't believe we are "us" solely for the time we're here on earth. I believe that our spirits will remain with those we love who have not yet passed over ... nudging them when they need nudging ... comforting them when they need comforting. Perhaps if you open your mind to that sort of idea, you'll see signs of that being very true. I don't know, of course ... but I find comfort in thinking that even though I can't hold my loved ones anymore, I know they can see and hear us, and therefore, they aren't missing out on our lives and I can still share things with them.
I'm sure your mother was with you during that concert, and I'm sure she enjoyed it very much. I do hope you find the peace that you are seeking, and you find the strength you need.
God bless,
Kelly

Dear Chris!
Congratulations to your new album! It is one of the greatest you ever made (beneath "The Road to Freedom", "Timing is everything", "Quiet Revolution", "Beautiful Dreams", ...). As always, when I hear of a new album of yours, I was a little sceptical first: Will it be as great as the others before? And as always, I was overwhelmed! This album is really fantastic! Especially "One World", "My Father's Eyes", "Spirit", "Raging Storm" (great: Kristina Myles - what a voice! Hope you take her with you on your tour in Germany!), "The Mirror of the Soul", and, of course, "The Storyman". But in some way I disagree with you: Not all of your songs are from "places you have never been" or from "a world you have never seen". We all know that many of your songs are from (your) real life. What about, for example, "Rosanna" or "Lady in Red" (wasn't this lovely lady your wife Diane???), or "Separate Tables"? But I love all of them!
My greatest favorite, however, is a song from one of your first albums, "At the End of a Perfect Day". You re-recorded this song on "The Love Songs" in 1997 (and I still cannot decide which version I prefer): "In a Country Churchyard". My wife Svenja and I heard this song in the church during our wedding in 2005 because we both love this song so much as it tells us of eternal love. And here is my wish to you: When you come to Dortmund on November 25th, can you please play this song for us? It would be great!
Me and my wife are looking forward to another fantastic concert of yours! See you in Dortmund soon!
Best regards
Your great fan (since more than 20 years) Frank

Dear Chris, like all the other entries regarding the performance on the Rememberance Day programme I too thought it was a beautiful and moving performance. When we saw you at Harrogate in 2004 and you sang Snow is Falling, my thoughts turned to an uncle I have never known, he was in the RAF and was reported missing presumed dead in 1941, that and his name was all I ever knew of him.In Sept this year, Colin and I visited the Air Museum at Elvington near York where we spoke to a couple of lovely guys who flew in bombers, they told me that if I knew his number I would stand a chance of getting some info on him. The museum was brilliant and after I came home I got talking to my mother(my father was Uncle Victors' brother) and I couldn't believe it when she told me that she had letters that he had sent home during the war!The letter had his number and squadron number on, it turned out that he was a Sergent and air gunner based in the Middle East. We went back to the Air Museum this week armed with copies of the letters and photos, the historian was in and spoke to us for quite a long length of time and gave us some wonderful pointers, from the info we gave him he said that my Uncle was probably in a Blenheim and that he would more than likely be on a war memorial at El Alamein. That afternoon he phoned me to tell me that he had found in a book about Blenheims' that my Uncle along with his Pilot and wireless operator were in a Blenheimn MkIV of which he gave me the number and the details that they were shot down and killed over Benghazi Harbour, Uncle Victor was just 21. We then, on his advice looked on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site where we found the details of exactly where his memorial is.My next step is to try and get his service record and one day visit that memorial for my late grandparents. So, thank you Chris for that wonderful song which has led me to feel as if now have a connection to the Uncle I have never known.See you on the 18th, I just can't wait, it seems like forever since we got the tickets. Love always, Pauline XXX

Hi Chris, Im just putting a note in to say how moving it was on Saturday in the Rememberance Service. Listening to the people talking about how it was for them and also the people left behind. One of the things that made my hairs stand on end was the procession of "war widows" there was a lady and her son he looked in his early teens he was wearing his fathers medals and they marched with such dignity, heads held really high and there was another young widow ithink the commentator said she was 20 yrs old and that she had only been married 4weeks. My heart went out to these women and their children. The words of the song "Borderline" came into my head "and i shall never know how men can see the justice of a war". I went to my sisters house yesturday morning and her husband and i was talking about the saturday service he mentioned the song that you sang made his hair stand on end. Thanks again Chris for all your music its always appreciated and the words help more than you will ever know. Best Wishes Wendyxx

Dear Chris,
thank you very much for your answers in MOTL. You did not forget what you told me here in this town a few weeks ago, when we saw us again and that makes me happy. Well, I will look wether I can see the film in 2007 when it is arriving Germany. This sunday I tried to play a bit on my new piano, but it is to difficult to find out the right deep noten quickly so I gave it up and walked and thought a little bit. My mom and my dad came into my mind, they are no more alive since many years now and your words about this film about an elder lady looking back through her live made me think about the stories of my dad, when he was back from England after the WW2. I never heard what happened there with him, because I am born later in peaceful times. And a very interesting link came to my laptop, that you bought a letter from a soldier in the WW1, which I could read. A few time later on my screen was shining that there is a Rememberance Day in England and I looked to this link and found you telling about your grandfather Mr. Tommy De Burgh who was fallen in the first World War and than you sang there "A song for you", which I have heard many years ago here in Germany in one of your first records. Chris it is so nice from you to answer me in your MOTL-site and all these Links to ways where you actually are and what you are doing through your mailing-list are so nice too, that I want to thank you and all your friends, who helped me to know more about you this way. As far as I could understand this letter the right way, the Germans and the English lived in peace for christmas as this boy wrote. I don't know wether I could understand it right, because you said something about it on the Rememberance Day what I could not understand. Christmas usually is the fiest when the fights are stopped for a while in every war, as far as I could follow the reports on television. And in every christmas-celebration is the hope that the peace will come soon and will be hold for a long, long time I think. Looking forward to Bayreuth where we can see us again.
Good night Chris

Dear Chris, went to your Road to Freedom show at the Royal Albert Hall and really enjoyed it, so I'm really looking forward to The Storyman at the N.E.C. in Birmingham. The way you explain the meaning of the song before you start just makes it more enjoyable, I know that I will not be diappointed. Hi Chris,
well Stewart and I were lucky enough to actually be at the 'Remembrance Service' at The Royal Albert Hall yesterday 11-11-2006. I did not realise that the 'general public' could actualy get tickets for this event until this year.
We sat 3 rows from the very top of the venue, but we still had a good view of most of the arena and stage. This day has always meant alot to me, as my Dad died through World War 2 and my Mum struggled soo hard as a young 'war widow' to bring me and my older brother up. The British Legion used to give Mum a food parcel each Christmas, along with a few toys for me and my brother when I was a very small child. My Dad died when I was just 9 months old, and as soo many of the 'war widows' from that generation, she never got married again, and struggled to bring myself and my brother up as best she could...and it was pretty good, as I've turned 'out well' in my life I think.
So anyway, the whole service was very emotional and moving and in several parts I confess to having 'tears' in my eyes. To hear the stories of some of the terrible injuries our 'soldiers' still receive in these 'campaigns' in different countries, really is appalling, but those men are soo brave as we saw, with the 'captain' who was pushed in in his wheelchair to present the book of remembrance.Stewart and I loved to hear and see you (on the big screen) talking about and then singing 'This Sing For You'. This is the first time we have ever heard you sing this song live and it sounded beautiful and very emotional. The theme of it of course fitted the service extremely well.I personally enjoyed watching and listening to all the military music and marching displays, and we both found the the whole service was very moving.
Now I know that I can buy a ticket, I will try my hardest to attend future services there.
While I was training to be a nurse in London,I actually attended the memorial service that is held at the 'cenotaph' each Remembrance Sunday, and that was even more emotional than the service yesterday. Even though that time is 30 years ago(god, where does time go)I can still remember that day so well, and guess I always will.
I will never forget that all those millions of soldiers who, especially, died in the 2 'world wars' 'gave their lives' to make this a better world for 'our' generation to live in. And for that, i will always remember them. I taught my children this and hope that one day, they will teach their children the same thing.
Of course, the world has moved on soo much now and we can never put right all the 'wrongs' that were done, but also we should never forget those who died in the name of their country.
Love and hugs as ever,
Chris(W)thebluehealer

Hi Chris, when in 1978 I left South Africa I was 19,and the album I listened to all the time was Spanish Train and other stories(i loved lonely sky and I'm going home)I knew that "End of a perfect day" had beed released and I started looking for it(at that time I was in Rome)but no-one knew Chris de Burgh.Throught the years I kept on looking for your albums but the only songs that arrived in Italy were "High on emotion" and "Lady in red".With internet I searched for your website(still faithfull after 28 years)and saw all your tours. Now what I'd like to know is why don't you come to Italy as well(I'm sure Italians would appreciate your music)Excuse my english and try to answer(if you do) a OLD fan

Hi Chris, I saw You on TV in my early youth with Your "Traveller" and so You´ve been my "Inspirer" untill it was possible to produce my own songs.
One of these songs You can find at my homepage and a video with the most from You inspired song "When I see You" (nightliner)...a little bit mystical - like some of Your songs. One of my dreams is to sing a song with You together...What do You think? Can such a dream come true...
However I´ll always Your true fan,
sincerely Yours

Dear Chris:
I know 100's of people talk to you in a day and probably a week but i wanted you to know that in my life with the man I am married to you are the inspiration for our lives. It is amazing how your music can spark such emotions between a man and a woman. You have been there for the births of our two children, and our hoidays. I even have you in the car with me when i go to work. I am not a gushy woman and tend to think that perhaps some day we could have been very good friends. I just want you to know that you have enriched our lives with beatiful music, and we are grateful, and so very thankful for you.

Always a lover of fine music, Chris deBurgh comes to me 30 years post my compassion for melodic poetry. What took me soooooo long? Yes, Lady in Red was always hearsome, danceable and entoxicating to catch, but since the mid 80's when DJ's began non interrupted set's, without artist recognition, I lost track of who's who in the recording world. How sad for me to have lived three decades without this lovely sound in my collection. Rick Wakestein, ELO, Siberian Orchestra and NOW Chris deBurg are my personal favorites.

Dear Chris
I found your music through my mother, who always listens to your songs.
Your music has seen me through tough times throughout my life, and I'd like to say a big thank you for that. At the moment I am going through a really bad time with my wife, who I love dearly. We are currently separated, but we are slowly trying to patch things up through counselling.
Your songs have given me a happier outlook on recent events and indeed some hope. The lyrics of songs like "I'm Not Scared Anymore", "In A Country Churchyard" and "Every Drop of Rain" inspire me to try even harder because it helps me to see what's important and why we were married in the first place.
Thank you for helping me through these times without even knowing it.

I have all of your CD's. Only two of your songs I had to find by other means, which were The Ballad Of Thunder Gulch & That's What Friends Are For, those I had to find as mp3's on the Internet. Otherwise I got everything else on CD's. My introduction to your music was the album Eastern Wind, so that will always remain a very special album for me. I'm not a fan of the Lady In Red song, and many ignorant people seem to only think about it when I say I love Chris De Burgh's music. The Getaway is also a great album. But my favourite songs are in the 70's. Those 4 albums from the 70's are indeed a wonderful treasure. Favourite songs include The Tower, Windy Night, Discovery, Old Fashioned People, Old Friend, Hold On, Summer Rain, Carry On. I also like those 2 new songs on those 2 collections Best Moves & Spark To A Flame a lot. Especially the song Every Drop Of Rain. verannand@yahoo.com

Dear Chris,
With your song "read my name" you helped us to decide to adopt a child.
We can not have children of our own, and while we were hesitating about adopting a child or not, we heared your song: read my name.
"For every child that has been born there is a chance in life,
to try it all and be someone with what we have inside".
And more lyrics in this song helped us to made the decision to adopt a child from China.
We felt that it is very special that a song can help you to make a decision like that!
Thanks! Because the concert that you give in Holland is sold out, we will be at your concert in Dusseldorf!
Our love: Marcel en Greetje Wehkamp

You Chris, you are speaking about humanity, love and beauties of life.
You have hired music for reaching those goals. You have combined lyrics, music and emotion in a forgotten manner.
Thank you for all the times that you made for me through the years in college. Your songs encourage me for learning English.
