Today it's a little jubilee for me. It's just 3 years ago, that I saw you for the first time live in concert in Oberhausen, and that was the day, when you "infected" me with your magic! I really don't know, why I didn't attend your concerts before, but I never went at any concerts at all. I simply enjoyes listening to the music from CDs! But by destiny I got the ticket of a friend, who wasn't in the country, when you gave your "Timing is everything"-concert in Oberhausen, and when I finally stood in front of the stage and felt the atmosphere, I was sure, I never again would miss any of your concerts .......!!!!!
See you in 13 months - such a long time left :-( in Dortmund and Düsseldorf :-)

Hi Chris,

we wonder how long it will take for you to answer all the letters you get during the concerts... We asked you to sign a booklet (Single "The words I love you") and gave it to you in Mainz (with a postpaid and adressed envelope) this year - the CD-cover looks very naked without the booklet... :o(

And we're still waiting for the photograph of you and our son that was promised to send to us - the photographer behaved as if he was your official one. Perhaps you remember - you really stopped singing the Medley in Mainz to welcome our boy, he was hardly older than one year then.

Anyway, have a lot of fun in Canada. We're looking forward for next autumn, for the next tour in Germany.

That's coz we have another tour to look forward to next year !! On Sunday evening when it was announced, it was the first piece of good news that I have had in the past 3 months..it really cheered me up. Then yesterday another small piece of family good news made me feel even better. I want to let you know that by my getting lost in your lyrics and melodies is the only thing that kept my sane in the 80's. I was physically and emotionally by my EX husband and by being able to go into your lyrics I was able to keep going and believe in myself and the possibility of being able to love and feel again. Dear Chris,

recently I watched an aged video tape about your concert in the Neckarstadion, Stuttgart, in 1985. What an atmosphere! And we were so young...

At the end of the concert you gave the song 'I can't live if living is without you'.
It was such an amazing moment for me to listen to this special song, because for me it is one of the best songs in the world (your own songs are also best of course! :-) ). But actually, this song together with your voice surpasses many other song/singer combinations.
Oh please, could you do this song again on your next tour in Germany?
This would be really a moving moment for me...

I want to thank you very much because you're music has given me so much strenght.. last year I lost my grandma and my grandpa and I couldnt hendel that but when I listend to your music I felt a little bit better well... better it made me cry.. but that was the only way I could deal with it... my mum was so depressed that they died and she couldnt take care of her kids anymore so she kicked me and my 2 brothers out my 1 brother is now with his stephdad and i'm together with my sister in a family who loves us both and my other brother now lives with his real mum and my two autistic brothers live with my dad in a small home you see that i have a hard time when i want to see them all but when i listen to your music (this is really true) I find a solution and i can handle it all better so thank you again and i hope i see you when you're next time in holland

I have a lot of questions to ask you, but knowing that you are too busy to answer frequently, I don't submit them anymore. Here is only one important qestion I want to ask you. I know you don't answer questions here, but maybe you feel like answering it some day in MOtL! I'd like to know if you believe in love at first sight (that's when soulmates meet). Somehow I know that you do. I can guess from the concept of songs like "She Must Have Known" but getting an answer from you directrly would be nice. In my culture, people don't believe in such things much, but some strange things has happened to me lately which has made me believe in love at first sight.
