Hello Chris, I do miss your daily comments and thoughts on MOtL. It became a daily habit to read your little stories and your opinion of life and the way of living together should be. There had been some days when reading your world-outlooks gave me fresh impetus and made it easier for me to give good emotions to the ones I love. Thank you, Andrea.

Dear Chris!

Couldn´t belive it when I got the tickets for your aconsert in Norkirchen in the castle... second row. I always liked your concerts but I never got the chance to get that near to you- never wanted to bring you flowers or so. to me it disturbes the others in the consert. I´ve been listening to your music for years now- It helped me realy often or music is my one big love and help in my life. Thanks for your lyrics and for always giving my sister and me such a great time in your concerts.

Luv,

Mirah (20).

Dear Chris,
Right now, I'm listening to your songs...I love almost all your songs, specially those with a spiritual touch in them. I'm Muslim, but I enjoy the religiuos songs you sing...and also your love songs...They are rally wonderful, healing, full of inspiration. I am away from my American fiance and whenever I feel I miss him, I listen to your songs. I feel calm that way. Thank you for that.

May God keep you safe and happy.

Hi Chris, hope you all had a good christmas and new year. I was hoping to get trtf special ed for xmas, but when my husband tried to get it was sold out, I am extremely dissapointed to now find out that there are no immediate plans to put it back on the sales site but that it will be there "in the future", and the only other place to get is the German Amazon site and guess what - I don't do German, so, for the time being I'm stuffed and not a happy bunny.

Dear Chris, hi fans,

for a long while - there is an idea in my head (concerning "The Journey). I simply start with telling: (Sorry!)
Chris: "There´s a rainbow on the water"
Fans: They could point a rainbow.
Chris: "There´s an eagle in the sky"
Fans: Everybody could look into the sky.
Chris: "...in a parallel point of view..."
Fans: The fans show two parallels.
Chris: "...and still they call..."
Fans: We could sing the echo: "they call".
Chris: "...take me by the hand..."
Fans: Everybody could take his neighbour by the hand.
Chris: "...I hear them call..."
Fans: We sing the echo: "them call".
Only a suggestion - maybe you do not like it?

With love, Gerlinde

I love You

hi Chris,
I visited your 25th anniversary concert in Dortmunder Westfalenhalle in Nov. 2004 and it was great, as all other concerts of you,of course. It was more than a concert, it was a party as you yourself have said in Dortmund.
Am I right, that there exists a recording from this 25th anniversary concert in Nov. 2004, and if so, when does it come into the shops for buying it?
Have a good time and good luck!!!!!!!!

Hi Chris!

How are you. I just want to say something to your answer from Cleopatra's question about irish gardens. Last summer I've been in Ireland again for two weeks and in that time I've visited a lot of gardens (e.g. the Botanical Garden in Glasnevin, Malahide Castle, Powerscourt Gardens) and I can confirm, as a plant taxonomist, that Ireland has wonderful gardens and really old and interesting trees. If you would see my photos (5 x 36 photos), I could proof my conclusion, because most of the photos are plantphotos. And I'm really interested in your garden. So if you need somebody to determine your plants give me a call.

See you in Hannover (15. july), take care!
Yours Sabrina

Hello Chris,
I would like to thank you so much for answering my question on MOTL, on 2nd January, it is very much appreciated.

Also it would be wonderful that when you are next planning your tours, perhaps you could consider a tour Downunder?
Maybe even combine a holiday and tour together??

Best Wishes, Julia.

I count myself extremely lucky. When attending one of your concerts in Melbourne, Australia back on 10th March 1997; I was able to join the after concert drinks back stage.

I met you, couldn't think of a 'great' question and simply said - 'Thanks for a great from the heart performance'. You paused and said 'Thankyou, that makes me very satisfied - my performance has gone over as it was intended'. We conversed for a little while longer.

You were obviously tired, but took the time to chat - you could have just said thanks and continued on, but you didn't. That brief meeting gave me a great memory, which showed me why you have so many dedicated fans - you truly are a gifted musician, performer and person.

I can only hope we'll see Australia listed in the upcoming tour dates.

Have a great 2005.

Regards .... Rod

Dear Chris,
First of all I would like to say how much I enjoyed your concert in Groningen last June and the cd Road to Freedom. I have been a fan of yours since The Getaway and also saw you perform in Tilburg many years ago.
I teach English to adults and at the start of this year's classes I will play Little Angels for them. It reminds me very much of the sad story of a Dutch father in Tailand, whose baby daughter got washed away by the waves while he was holding her.
Also, I would like to know to which English queen you refer in Rose of England, as I'd like to tell my students about this. I have brainwashed many of them with your songs especially Snows of New York, and they all love it.
Thank you so much and keep up the good work! Best wishes, Marianne

dear chris,
i love each and every one of ur songs, specially lady in red and missing u. ur songs sometimes bring tears to my eyes, sometimes make me smile and sometimes make me wonder about life. but no mmatter what, they always make me relax. i had to go through a lot during my 19 years of living, different countries, different cultures and ofcourse different songs, but u remained my favorite singer all the time. u know sometimes i read persian poems from people like Hafiz and rumi and I wonder that if some1 could translate them 4 u and u could sing them what a masterpiece that would make.
ur voice just goes in and makes me relax. it touches my soul and ur music is always right for your songs
wish u the best

Dear Chris,

Thank you very much for answering my question in the MOtL section!!! I just did not believe my eyes when I have visited this section today!!! It is an exciting, wonderful feeling to get your answer for the first time! It seems to be a miracle!
Despite the fact that I was waiting for your answer, when I’ve read my name in the MOtL section, I did not realize that it was my name. And only when I began reading the newly published question I was brighten with idea that it was my name and my question! And I can’t find words to express my feelings at that particular moment!!!!!
Chris, thank you very much!!! You are bringing light and happiness in my life and life of lots of people!

Kind regards and best wishes to you and your family,

Anya
