My associates often say that I bear a very striking resemblance to the great CdeB himself. This has also got me places in my line of work I can tell you !

By the way, would any of you like to purchase a vinyl copy of "The Magic Christian" record, featuring the great drummer Peter Sellers and that very talented comedian, Mr Ringo Starr ? I bought this off Burt Kwouk (yes, THE Burt Kwouk) in a Richmond pub in 2001. He was a very nice man.

I found an old tape of yours that my mother had recorded years ago. I didn´t know who you were (And I still don´t) so I listened at the tape an especially the texts of the songs. Then I tried to look for you on the internet. And I found you! I think I have to go to the local CD-market and ask them for your CD, so I can listen it at home and play it to all my friends!

My number one singer all the times! As you know you have a lot of fans in Iran and they really love you. I am sure you can not believe how much young people in Iran love you. Even older people like our parents love you so much! Your new album was great like other albums but as you said before it is really fun and light album. I like it but less than other albums. But you said:

Chris was brilliant as usual in Manchester on 8 November..we had some 'dead people' in the audience as well..how do they get such good tickets because true fans wouldnt be sitting so still? Chris performed in Liverpool on 7 November(despite the bad throat)an intimate date for about 80 people in a bar/restaurant, as a result of a promise to a local radio DJ, and I was fortunate to win a place at it in the radio competition. Chris was presented with a 'Scouseology' award, usually only given to people from Liverpool who have contributed to the city via music/entertainment. Chris was the first 'outsider' to receive the award. Well deserved. Chris needs to be at Anfield more often to ensure we win. Looking forward to 2003 in Chris's company.

I am fron Argentina, the country where Chris was born. I met some people in Cordoba who knew his family before they left to Ireland.
I had all vinyl LP´s and now I have the all CD´s of Chris. He is my favourite songwriter and singer.

Every new CD is an exiting moment for me and my family.

The lyrics, the melodys, he is the greatest.

Love your idea about singing in cathedrals. PLEASE DO. Somehow it seems so appropriate.
My only trouble was that I clapped so hard and so enthusiastically that I burst a blood vessel in my hand and it was very sore for days afterwards!!!!!

We are you biggest fans, we know you may hear that a lot but we truly are, we have all of your albums and listen to them all the time. This may not surprise you as you truly are the best. We stick up for you all the time as everyone else our age listens to eminem and stuff like that. 13 year olds are hard to please!! Being 13 we will probably never to get the transport or money to see you in concert and this truly upsets us. It is very hard to get videos of you in Kent but we have 1:'Chris De Burg in Munich' And it truly lights up our lives to see you singing even on tape.
