Just a quick note to say that you latest CD is very good. It seems more pop oriented and I do miss the older material which wasn't commercial. Anyway, it is still great but we are disappointed that you didn't stop here on your latest tour. Any reason why?

I love good music and Chris DeBurgh is good music!!!!!!!! I am American and was lucky enough to find ways to get the European imports and now I have a decent collection....The question, if ANYONE can e-mail me...I have a song I have heard called "Quand Je Pense A Toi"

Hello everybody! The day before yesterday my friends and me had the pleasure "to touch the sun and feel the rain" at the last of Chris concerts in Germany in this year.In spite of the rain the atmosphere was fantastic.Singing and dancing we couldn't get enough of the wonderful show. three passionate guitarists ,an enthusiastic drummer ,a sensitive Peter and an Irishman with a voice one time as soft as velvet ,one time as powerful as the sea made the sun in our hearts come out again. Thank you for the unforgettable time,Chris!Once again you and the boys were marvellous!

Hi, Chris!

I´ve been to your outdoor-concert in Wiesmoor on 27.08.2000! Accept that it was raining cats and dogs, it was a wonderful concert. Most of all I like
your old songs like "Revulotion", "Patricia", and of cause "Ferryman", so I enjoyed them wery much. Only one was missing: "spanish Train".

I hope you will play again in Wiesmoor, in that "Amphitheater" also small people like me can spot everything.

Chris,
I remember hearing you song lady in red very young when the movie with Gene Wilder came out. My mother told me that it was supposed to be a true story about you and your wife. My stepdad always said that the song reminded him of my mom because she looks so beautiful in red. I am glad to see that you get the recognition you deserve .
I am sure that LADY IN RED will always be the song that makes me think of My mom

there she was, arriving with that beautiful
red dress that I´ll never forget, and I wanted
to tell her how much pretty she was, but
I didn´t findthe exactly words for that, before
I ever heardthe " Lady in Red ", maybe the best song
I know, because the way that you are narrating
the story of the woman you wrote the song,
describes us how she is, and every time I hear
your song, I imagine my self dancing with my
girlfriend the Lady in Red.

Es gibt wunderschöne Balladen, Songs, die sicher über Jahrzenhnte hinweg noch aktuell bleiben.
Deine Conzerte werden wir wohl nie vergessen.

Hi Chris,
you will come to Wiesmoor on the 27th of august and I was looking forward. A friend of mine was able to get a backstage-ticket for me and I was happy 'cos a would love to talk with you - especially about "carry me...like a fire in your heart" you cant't imagine what it means to me.
But now I have to go to hospital for 3-4 weeks and I can't come to Wiesmoor. Horrible - I love your music since 82 and I love Ireland (even if there's no chance for peace between catholics and protestants) Even then.

My wife, Sue, and I are adopting a baby girl from China, hopefully in January.

Some months ago, we were discussing possible names and, thanks to you, we both agreed on the same name, at the same time and Rosanna has been our choice ever since.

Perhaps you could rewrite the words slightly to relate to an adopted child, but, otherwise, the song is perfect and a great inspiration to us. Thank you!
