the concert in Berlin. One of the highlights in this concert was "Hotel California".
I think, you and your band played it better than the original - it was so great!

Hi,this is, what I always wanted to do!
I wanted to thank for the wonderful music given to me by Chris de Burgh!
I had been waiting so long for a new Album from Chris - and then in the beginning of 1999 I was told that a new CD should come at the end of the year!
Me and my wife bought tickets for the concert in Dortmund, Westfalenhalle as soon as it was possible! It was exciting to see Chris again there and to listen to his new songs, which I love as much as the older ones! His music has given me so much - and many years ago, when I was very sick, when I lay in my bed, not able to sleep for many nights, I used to listen to his music by my walk-man.
Listening to many of his songs, I imagine the fabulous landscape of the British Isles with the ancient fortresses and churches, sometimes smelling like very old times.
Chris de Burgh is the only famous singer I met in my dreams talking to him like an old friend.
If Chris says,the Beatles made the best songs of each time or that he would like to have written the song "Hotel California" from the Eagles, I can only tell him that for me and many others his own songs are even better!!!!

me and my huspand have been to Stuttgart to your concert and We'll be in Karlsruhe in May ! The first half hour sitting on a chair in Stuttgart was "hell" for me. I hate it sitting in a concert ! Chris i had to wait untill Christmas to get your latest albumn it was a long wait especially since a friend had the cd and had been under orders not to let me listen to it!
I have all your albumns grew up listening to you , i love nothing ever happens around here and St Peters Gate wonderfull songs as always! ive never been disopointed in any of your songs, and would urge anyone at all who has not experianced you live should do so .

Just wanted to thank you Chris for your work. I listen to the music whenever I feel like I need a lift. There are a few of the songs that truly haunt me. These songs draw pictures in my mind and I feel a sort of a peace when I listen to them. Some of my fav's are Satin Green Shutters, Lonely Sky and the lady in Red. To be honest there are very few I do not like.
Thanks for your great work Chris. I have seen you every time you have come to Edmonton. I thought you were really cool when you took requests from the audience and sang them even thought you did not remember all the words.

There are not to many preformers of your talent who would show the world they are human. You Rock.

3 years later I returned to Poland with a complete set of CDB's discs and never stopped listening and looking for new ones.

I just love "Don't pay the Ferryman" It is a brilliant song and I know all the words and I sing it all day at school. I think a lot of people get annoyed with me but I don't care cause it is such a cool song. I'm trying to get my Band leader to let us perform it in the Summer for our next school concert.

I really enjoy your website. I learn some new things like the music at the beginning of Ship to Shore.
My favourite album are Spanish Train and Crusader, my favourite songs are The Tower and Borderline.
I see Chris, three times in concert and really enjoyed it.

I went to your concert in the AHOY at November the 5th. It was really great. We found out that you would give a concert in London in the "Royal Albert Hall". That was just fantastic. The sound was very good. I hope that we can go to a concert in Germany to. I'm really looking forward.
