I first heard of Chris when my boyfriend of the time left me a copy of "The very Best of Chris de Burgh". I was hooked. My favourite song was "Ship to Shore", which at the time was very appropriate as my boyfriend was in the Royal Navy. I married that

sailor and we now have a family of fans

My father had the Chris De burgh LP-record and while he was always listening that, i noticed: "Hey, that's a very good record!!!" so i headed for the record shop and bought a couple of CdeB:s records and i turned to a Chris De Burgh fan!!!! i really enjoy his music, and especially the love songs a re so beautiful...... :)
I'm only 14-years old and i think i'm a quite youg fan.....
but doesn't matter......Chris, you are cool!!! :)

This is one of the few Chris de Burgh sites that is really worth visiting, however there is not a lot of information about upcoming tours.

This page is really great! The only thing that disappointed me was that there were no chords with the lyrics. I play guitar and I'd really love to sing and play his music.
Chris de Burgh is one of my most great examples. Especially his lyrics, his words are so beautiful. He has made me cry many times with his beautiful songs. He always knows how to put things right, exactly the way I feel it. I really don't know that much about Chris de Burgh, only his music. I'd like to write with some other friends of him, just to share the loving feeling. So if anyone wants to talk to me, please do! I've never been to a concert, but it must be a great experience! Can someone tell me about it? The next time he comes to Holland, I'll be there. This page has really made me enthousiastic!! It's GREAT.

I got hooked on his music about 15 years ago and have always been frustrated trying to find recordings. I'm replacing a lot of my tapes with CD's and it's great to have everything right here! He's done so much more than I ever knew - wish he'd make a
trip here. Suggestion: it would be nice to have all the lyrics in a downloadable file.

2 weeks ago I went to England to see Chris de Burgh at the penshurst place concert. It was fantastic!!!!!
I've heard that Chris isn't on the A & M label anymore.
Can anyone tell me why he isn't?

I loved the homepage and especially the midi files and the spanish train theme (it is winderful). I just wished i found more midi's like that of Sailor and others. Anyway it is defenitely a wonderful site for a legendary singer. Keep this up and i'll surely come backk to this site many times.

I enjoyed your page thoroughly! I adore Chris De Burgh. I wish he would go on tour here in the USA, I would love to see him in person. He is a great storyteller. I really enjoy the website. I was at the open air concert at Penshurst Place on Saturday evening and it was absolutely brilliant.
I have been a fan of Chris' for ages but this was the first time I have seen him live and I was not disappointed.
Chris performed for three hours - what great value for money.
When's the next one?
