If it wasn't for this web page I wouldn't know how to get any information about Chris Deburgh. His lyrics are as deep as life can be. Every song of his has a deep meaning in its own way. I have 10 of his CD's and still wanting more. The only thing bet t

I was there at Loseley it was the most wonderful night of my
life since the last concert. If there's anybody in the area who would like to get together to relive the moment,

Hello, we were at the Loseley house concert yesterday .Chris was in fine voice and it was a great night. I was lucky enough to meet the man himself a few years back and he might be short but he's still wonderful!!!!

Wonderful work. My wife and I have been fans since the beginning during our High School years and never miss a concert in the Ottawa area. I have just joined the Internet and proceeded directly to finding Chris deBurgh sites - I wasn't disappointed.

Saw the Liverpool Christmas Concert in Dec.1996 and thoroughly enjoyed it!! Unfortunately could not get to any of the Summer 1997 concerts because of the distance involved. Any chance of some concerts nearer to Liverpool please!!! The official page is

Dear Chris My husband and i came to the open air concert a Ragley Hall in Stratford upon Avon.
It was an absolutley superb evening. We travelled there and back the same day and didn't arrive home until 4.30 am on the Sunday evening. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. I mad my husband promise me to take me to one of your concerts one day. What a concert to c h

It's a pleasure to be guest and read all the interesting stuff.

For over 15 years I'm a fan of Chris' music and I joined a lot of shows - since 1986 (the into the light - tour) I've been to all concerts, and in 1989 even not only (as usual) two times but three times !
That was a real great event - I visited the exciting Stuttgart-Concerts in Germany ! I love Stuttgart as Chris does - it's my home town and for Chris, as he tells the audience every time - the first place out of ireland to hear Chris de Burgh's music.
So it's a very special place and in 1989 - on June 11th people were so high on emotion (!) that Chris came back on stage after the lights in the hall were already turned on (seemed that the show was over) and said: your're fantastic - there must be the t

me for one more song : and the he sang an irish traditional with tears in his eyes - and I think a few people could not stop crying as well !
After this special event I went to many shows of CdeB - all very very good - but it was never the same feeling as it was on that special night 8 years ago...
I still love all the music - and if something's going wrong in my life it's Chris who helps me get along with it. I had also the chance to sing with him'lonely sky' in the Stuttgart Schleyer Halle at the this way up tour in 1994 (!) I will never forget t

I hope a lot of people will become involved in the music of CdeB and I'm looking forward to Chris' new album appearing in September and then of course anothe concert in Stuttgart !!!!

Today evening I was just sitting and listening to "Lady in Red", the most touching and romantic song I have ever heard and then suddenly I thought that may be I can find him on the net and to my surprise I did.
Its a beautiful site and I am glad I am here. C de B you are simply great at composing music. Music that makes you fell that someone is there somewhere waiting for you, to love and be loved.

I admit that I am unfamiliar with all of Chris de Burgh's work. However, Lady in Red is one of the greatest love songs ever written. I have ordered Into the Light and cannot wait to hear more of Chris' songs. Nice job on the web page!
