I love this page... I have been a CdB fan since I was born and knew his his two first albums by heart at the age of 1 1/2... I can't believe there are so many people that have the same interests as me in the best singer in the world.... Remember it wi

l

l always be Montreal that gave him life on this side of the world.... I have been to many of his concerts and I have met him twice.... Once I was walking on the street in Montreal and I was to much in awe to talk to him and the other was at the 'Beautifu

l

Dreams' tour... and that time I got his autograph on my tour book... saying 'To Melissa with Love.. Chris de Burgh'...
Well I am glad that there are so many people that will keep his music alive in their hearts and pass it on....

Hm... I HATE that when I see a guestbook that defaults to
"USA" as a country... anyway, I LOVE this page! I've found out more about Chris in an hour here than I would've found out in a year by conventional means! :) Before this page,
every time Chris came out with a new album, I'd have to wait for a friend to tell me about it. Now, I'll probably know before HE will! :) But most of all, I love the CdeB Mailing List. I already belong to the BIFIDA-L list, so I was a bit reluctant to sign on at first... two lists often results in a LOT of mail... but it was worth it! It's hard to find CdeB fans in my area, and its refreshing to find a group of people who don't say "Who's that?" when I say Chris de Burgh (although usually people will remember who he is if I mention "The Lady in Red...:)")! :) Anyway, see y'all on the list! And for those of you who AREN'T on the mailing list, if you're a CdeB fan (and if you're on this page, I'd assume you are), it's well worth the time! Bye, all! :)

Chris has performed some of the most inspiring music I've heard.
"For Rosanna" was sung to my youngest daughter at her birth, with "Leslie" sung in place of "Rosanna."
Marvelous to find a web site about Chris de Burgh!!

I liked this page. I think it is great to find all lyrics together and so easy to print, now i can finally understand every detail of his songs.
the audio function did not work on my computer, maybe that is because I do not know how to download it, perhaps you could explain that on your page next time.......... bye mirjam

Went to the Melbourne concert on April 10 with my fiancee 4 days before our wedding. We had front row seats and Chris was brilliant. His "Snows of New York" and "Borderline"
were particularly memorable. At the end of the concert my fiancee got to shake hands with Chris!

Went to his FREE outdoor concert in the Botanic Gardens here in Singapore (his first here).
Was lucky enaf to be in the first row(too bad the little pond around the stage kept us from him).
Have luv his music since "that woman in a colored dress"(in his own words).
The concert was similar to the ones in South Africa & Canada as reviewed somewhere in this website.
He mentioned that he luved the "Riverwalk thing" here (our nite entertainment & food district by the river) in Singapore.
I'm surprised to find so many of his fans here (i thot i was the only 1).
It must have been the most endearing & memorable hrs of my life.
Please drop by again real soon.

Dear Chris and your team, I would like to thank you for all the pleasure you have provided to all your listeners and especially to me. You music inspires people to bring peace into our everyday world. I am really proud of people like you and your team. Unfortunetely, there are not that many. Many thanks again. Your eternal admirer. Keep your excellent job up.

I thought I was the only one in the US that knew of Chris?
Just joking. We hear so little of him here. I first heard/saw Chris in 82 on MTV with the "Don't pay the Ferryman" video. I have been hooked sence. I only have three of his albums . I had no idea he had so many! Great site, I will stop in from time to time looking for a US tour.
