I am an English school teacher and my class like to listen to CDB's songs,
learn them and sing all together at any time at school. But it it sometimes quite difficult to get the texts of the songs.

Wonderful page with nice graphics!
I've been introduced to the music of Chris through my parents.
Especially my mother always liked his music. It was his music that made me learn english very early, and nowadays I'm fascinated by especially the older songs such as Spanish train and Crusader, where he shows much of his feelings towards his country and Irish tradition in general. He's just a great singer and -at least in my family- everybody's favourite!

J'ai découvert la musique de Chris de Burgh en 1976 pour mon plus grand bonheur. J'ai assisté à tous ses spectacles depuis.
Mes albums préférés: Spanish Trains & Other Stories and Crusader.
Les gens de Montréal aiment beaucoup Chris de Burgh. Sa musique est belle, ses chansons remplies d'humour, de tendresse, de poésie d'imagination. Sa simplicité et sa manière d'être près de son public en spectacle est une de ses qualités. J'ai hâte qu'il revienne à Montréal !!!!!

I finally stumbled across the C de B home page, who'd of thought? I've been a big fan since the early 80's and finally saw him in concert Sept. '96 on the Beautiful Dreams Tour.
