YES I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO CHRIS DE BURGH SINCE 1975. I HAVE ALL CHRIS DE BURGHS ALBUMS AS CD BUT FIRST ONE. I GOT TO WATCH HIM IN A CONCERT IN ISTANBUL, TURKEY. HE AND HIS BAND WERE EXCELLENT. I NEVER FORGET THAT NIGHT SO THE RAIN WAS POURING ON M E. BUT I HAD KEPT ON WATCHING HIM. YES I LOVE HIM.

Great pages - the best I have seen so far. Great artist also.
I would like to know if it is possible to get his older records on CD - they are the best. I have lost my Far beyond these castle walls and I have never got hold of Spanish train - is there anybody out there who can get me these records. I think his ol d er records are the best.

It's nice to notice that there are so much sensitive persons in this world. I admire Chris that he can write such good songs. I hope he has time to give a concert in Holland or in Belgium so i am able to see how a man is able to sing so greatly. A req u est to this website: is it possible to put the music of Chris the Burgh on paper so that i'm able to play his songs on my guitar? I think it's already one the better websites i've ever seen.

I would really like to send a message to Chris and hopes he reads this. You are responsible for my wife and I getting together. Back in 84, my then girlfriend gave me a copy of a tape she had copied from a friend. In 87, my tapes were all stolen and t h is tape had been a particular favourite of mine. I called the old girlfriend to ask who had givn it to her originally, and she gave me Josanne's name and phone#.
She was studying at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Canada(my home town) and lived in Germany. I called and found out that she was engaged to be married in Germany the following summer, but she said that I could borrow her tape. I spent many long hours

chatting with her and found that we had a great deal in common. We attended your concert in Sudbury in the spring of 1989 and were married that fall. Through any troubled time that we have, we listen to your music and our love is rekindled. We now live o n
the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida and have two wonderful sons.
I also attended one of your concerts in Toronto in 1987 with my uncle, Jim Norris, who is the publisher of Canadian Musician Magazine ad knew a couple of members of your band.

When will you be on this continent next?

You are the greatest and I thank you.

I finally got a chance to log on to your page with a computer capbable of sound! At the Keyboard Cafe here in Sydney, I logged on using a Macintosh platform that included sound capability. I LOVED the "I'm Counting On You" MIDI I heard! Only one problem... I couldn't make out that "WAV"
for the life of me... it was just too quiet against the MIDI to be heard, especially through the small speaker available on that public terminal... what does it say anyway?

I don't know whether Chris actually every reads his own web page but I would like you to know that I have not been a fan for as long as some but your music influences every day of my life. In fact, my car has become a non-CDEB free zone since I fitte d
a CD player and my husband is beginning to despair. Can you please record a new album instead of old songs, which, whilst wonderful, are not as exciting as listening to something new. I know its hard work, but I would like to know that the old inspir a tion is still there.

Anyway, enough critisism. This web site is fandabbydozy and I eagerly await news of your NEW album!

Was first introduced to CdeB's music by my grade 9 teacher and have really enjoyed his music ever since. The ballards are truely from the heart. Everytime you were schedule to play at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, I was either up north or out to sea. When do you plan on coming to beautiful Victoria, British Columbia??
